1 personal training sessions (Please contact for availability)Can be conducted at any time. These sessions are conducted after the initial consultation where goals have been set. This training is based around working on achieving those agreed goals and may be used as testing sessions with the client completing their own training that we have discussed previously in between or a bit of an introduction to how I train. Note- Canberra Only, Additional cost if at gym other than my personal gym |
