This is for the committed athlete who wants to make a real change and is going to stick to the plan to achieve their goal.
This package is the most cost effective for the serious athlete who wants ongoing sessions.
Note- Canberra only, Additional if at gym other than anytime gym.
1 personal training sessions (Please contact for availability)
Can be conducted at any time. These sessions are conducted after the initial consultation where goals have been set. This training is based around working on achieving those agreed goals and may be used as testing sessions with the client completing their own training that we have discussed previously in between or a bit of an introduction to how I train.

Myosource Kinetic Bands for legs
Due to the non weight bearing nature of these they are suitable for all ages.
The basic kit comes with the red Beginners bands, the green intermediate bands, 2 leg straps for the bands to connect to, a mesh carry bag and a free stretching strap
There are two optional bands that can be purchased separately;
Yellow bands for youths (12 years or younger, these bands are a bit shorter and lighter resistance)
Blue bands for advanced athletes (high resistance for high intensity short bursts in trained athletes).
